How I Do
1st: Research
As every design process, I start doing a User Research to better understanding the needs of the people for whom the project is intended and the context they will use it.
2nd: Analisis and Define
With the research results on hand, I begin to analyze all information and use some converging technics to have insights and ideas defining what will be created.
3rd: Design
This is the core of my work and where things begin to come true. In this step, I create since wireframes until high fidelity prototypes always using information architecture and usability concepts.
4th: User Testing and Deliver
Last but not less important. In the user testing, I can test the product watching user interactions, offering questionnaires and had interviews to identify spots of difficulty or confusion. If all is ok the project is delivered to developers if not I back to previous steps.
